Good to know
Do players need to download an app?
No. Your booking page is a normal web page. It opens from Facebook, Messenger or a QR code on any phone.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own GCash. Players send the exact total shown and upload the receipt. CourtBook never touches your court fees.
Do you take a cut of each booking?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of what players pay you.
How long does setup take?
About a week. Send us your court names, rates, hours, GCash details and logo, and we do the rest.
What if someone books and doesn't pay?
Every booking waits for you to check the receipt. If the payment isn't there, tap Reject and the slot opens again.
Can I close courts for events or repairs?
Yes. Close any court for any hours from your dashboard, and those slots can't be booked.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. We can add logins for your staff so they can confirm bookings and check the schedule.
What if I stop paying?
You get reminders before your period ends and a grace week after. Then your booking page pauses until you renew. Your data stays safe.
